Note for Buyers
Many of the natural materials used in the project including marble, granite, wood are subject to variations in tone, grain, texture, pattern and color which are beyond control of the project.
Certain manufactured materials like ceramic/vitrified tiles, UPVC windows/doors, sanitary ware, glass etc. are subject to color variations due to inherent manufacturing process and items being manufactured in different lots. Batch variations in the final product are beyond control of the project.
There are possibilities that material specified in show flat may not be available at the time of construction. In such instances the company reserves the right to replace unavailable material with suitable alternatives of similar quality available in the market.
Landscape completion will be along with the completion of the entire project.
