A testimony to the growing
urbanisation of West Bengal.
Shukhobrishti is the largest mass housing project in the country. A township built over 150 acres of land, with 20,000 apartments built exclusively for low and middle income groups, with facilities usually associated with high-end residential complexes.
The results are out.
The final phase of Shukhobrishti is now closed and the Draw of Lots results have been declared.
Being successful in the draw of lots does not guarantee allotment/ownership/possession of the apartment. Applicants successful in the draw need to submit required documents within 30 days of the draw. All the “conditions precedent” as mentioned in the “General Terms & Conditions” of Phase 9 have to be fulfilled and/or complied with, subject to the fulfillment of which, the provisional allotment letter shall be issued.
